Meet the Staff
At North Shore Eye Health and Wellness, our staff is friendly and professional. Our commitment is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients. We take pride in our personalized care and strive to spend the necessary time with each patient to ensure a comfortable experience.
We are honored to have Jules as our Office Manager at North Shore Eye Health and Wellness. Serving the eye care needs of Ozaukee County and the surrounding area for the past 12 years, Jules comes to us with a vast array of knowledge and experience. Her expertise, clinical knowledge, and outgoing personality fits perfectly with our mission and goal of providing the best eye health care to all of our patients.
Growing up in Menomonee Falls, she attended Marian University for Nursing. Upon completion of College, Jules became interested in clinical eye care and gained experience in the field within hospital and private practice settings. During her established career, Jules has completed and maintained credentials as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) as well as a Board Certified Optician (ABO), highlighting her Clinical acumen as well as Optical expertise. Jules also maintains a certificate within the field of Low Vision Rehabilitation. Currently, Jules is working towards attaining Master Optician Status, demonstrating her belief in life-long education.
Jules, her husband Chris, and son Marco volunteer and stay extremely active. They enjoy swimming and camping along with assisting numerous organization as well as volunteering and membership with the Boy Scouts of America. She is excited to be a leading member of the North Shore Eye Health and Wellness Team, and cannot wait to assist our patients in creating a truly unique eye care experience.
She recently relocated to the area from Weyauwega, WI. Her claim to fame is being a survivor of the great train derailment of 1996 which displaced the residents of that small community for 21 days.
We are lucky to have Rachel join our family! Well connected to the local area, Rachel was born in West Bend, went to elementary and middle school at First Immanuel in Cedarburg, and attended High School in Grafton. In the Spring of 2015, Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a minor in German. Sprechen sie Deutch? Throughout college, Rachel worked for the Dean of Students at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and also interned at the National Alliance of Mental Illness. Currently, she is on her way to earning her Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration.
Rachel currently lives at home with her parents, and dog, Abe. She has a younger sister who is also pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. She enjoys reading, watching and playing sports, swimming, and spending time with friends & family.
