Yes, we are open for essential eye care visits. If you have an appointment, and you wish to reschedule to a later date, please call us at 262-421-4412 and we will be happy to accommodate you.
If your eye concerns are urgent, but are uncertain about coming, please do not hesitate to request a telephone consult.
If you answer YES to ANY of the following, you will need to reschedule
Do you have a fever or cough or other respiratory symptoms?
Have you had contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19?
Have you traveled to a high-risk area for COVID-19?
Patient Only or Patient + 1
Come by yourself, or at most, with one other person
Have others wait in the car or at home.
If the waiting room is full, wait in the hall or your car and call to let us know you have arrived.
If You Have a Mask or Face Covering, Please Bring It
The CDC is now advising that a cloth face covering may help prevent the spread of COVID-19 among asymptomatic individuals. Please bring a mask or a home-made cloth face covering to your visit if you have one.
